How do I return my product for a refund?

Speck Products Return Policy applies to purchases from only.

Order the wrong thing? Doesn't work for you? Want to return it? No Problem! Speck makes it easy.

If you purchased a product directly from you may return it within 30 days if you are dissatisfied for any reason, and Speck will refund the amount paid for the returned product(s). Products must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the date of the original order for a refund or exchange. 

To obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA), please contact us one of the following ways:

Once Speck provides you a RMA number, please do the following:

  • Pack up your product(s) in the original packaging
  • Write the RMA and original Order Numbers on the outside of the shipping box
  • Include your original receipt (proof of purchase) inside the shipping box
  • And ship or mail using the shipping method of your choice, to: 


Speck is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit. We recommend that you ship your product return via a trackable shipment method. 

When we receive your return with proof of purchase, we will process your credit or exchange and send you a confirmation email. Upon receipt of that email, please allow an additional 8-10 days before the funds are posted back to the credit card used for the purchase. It's that easy!

Important Notes:

  • Speck will not provide a refund for a product that is postmarked more than thirty (30) days after the date of the original purchase.
  • Speck also does not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use.
  • This product refund policy applies only to the direct end-user consumer who has purchased the product from It does not apply to dealers, distributors, or any other third parties in a distribution chain who purchase product for resale, nor does it cover products purchased through online auction websites or channels other than the website.

Modifying your order after it has been placed
