My warranty claim was approved but I haven't received my replacement. How can I track my replacement order?

First things first, after your claim is approved, it does typically take 10 - 14 days to arrive depending on your shipping location. So, if it hasn't been quite that long, it is likely that it's still on its way to you.



You should have received an email from our team letting you know that your product has shipped. This email contains a tracking number and a link to check the status of your package. You can click on this link at any time to see the most up-to-date status of your package's location.
