Troubleshooting: Common Issues & Fixes

Here are some common troubleshooting steps for the Speck® Gemtones™ Infinity Bluetooth speaker:

  1. Speaker won’t turn on?
    • Make sure the battery is charged.
    • Try a different USB-C charging cable.
  2. Bluetooth won’t connect?
    • Restart the speaker and your device.
    • Move closer—stay within 30 feet for a strong connection.
  3. No sound or low volume?
    • Check the volume settings on both the speaker & device.
    • Try switching EQ presets in the app.
